Can anyone out there open a .emb type of embroidery file and convert it to a format that will open in Design shop? I have a new customer that had her old shop send me the embroidery file but I can not open it. Can anyone out there help?

    Thanks

If you don't want to wait, I can do it now. OR you can do it yourself. Wilcom has a program called TrueSizer. It's free and you can re-size an emb file (much like you can re-size a true ofm file in DS) and save it to another format. Do a google search on Wilcom TrueSizer and you'll see the site (it's in Australia).
