3-D Puffy Foam

Hi Folks - I just bought some foam and want to give this 3D stuff a try. Unfortunately, I don'thave any designs that are digitized for 3D. Does anybody have a simple design they can send me to give it a shot?

Tom-if you have the Treasure CHest collection...there is a section in there of 3-D foam designs and instructions....

Tom, you can take a big block S or D; make it the size you want, make an applique so that it makes an outline and pushes forward, a tack-down to hold the foam, a dense satin stitch with a thread feed of maybe 30 and a skinny satin border all around with a bar on each end of the S or top an bottom of the D

I would very much be interested in a digitized puffy alphabet as well. I tried puffy foam several times and never been happy with the results. I see hats with it done and mine is never as tight.
