Auto digitizer and trim stops

Whenever I use the autodigiter, it puts in many unecessary trim stops.I remove them and save the file again.When I open the file again, the stops are back. Is there a way to permanently delete them? Thank you.

And all this time you have spent on trying (and not being very successful) to autodigitize, you could have spent manually digitizing and getting a (probably) superior design. Nothing does it better than the human brain.

And, I might add, it gets easier and easier to manually digitize. I find myself just automatically pathing - I don't even have to think very hard about it anymore. Well, sometimes I have to put a lot of effort into it.
