  • Sewing 3 D Puffy Foam

Any tips on sewing 3 D puffy foam? I have a design that is digitized for puffy foam and need to sew it on a cap and matching canvas tote bag. Do I loosen the presser foot? Do Auto acti-feed? What size foam is better? 2mm or 3mm?

Viv you might do a search here but when I did foam a while back the presser foot had to be all the way up and then the acti feed had to be set up like about 18 or 20 if I remember right. Not sure on the size foam I have but if it were me I would say 3mm as that would give you a bigger puff effect.

    Good Luck!
