    Help!
Can someone tell me how to remove the sticky stuff from sticky backing on the backside of the embroidered fabric. I've steamed it, tried scotch tape to unstick it, soaped it lightly, blotted it with alcohol...still no luck.

The sticky backing on slippery fabric really made a difference. Buuuuuut...
What's the use if it leaves the underside of the clothing all yucky?

Use a citrus based astringent- Goo Be Gone is one
and change to a needle friendlier adhesive stabilizer
We have one and I am currently working on a biodegradable version
If you contact mne off list we will gladly send samples
