Is there a way in Design Shop to edit the column in an applique? I would like to be able to edit the tack down and cover stitches in Stitch Direction Editing Mode but don't see a way to do it.
Hi Dennis,
I just played around with editing an aplique border to see what could be done...
I converted the aplique to "wireframe" and was able to edit the columns that way.....it also gave me a complex fill in the conversion that you do not need, so it can be deleted....
I am finding in my first experiments that I like the results better when I don't use the aplique tool and lay it out myself. Really doesn't seem to take much extra time to do it that way.
I asked the question because I had overlaping sections on some artwork and the columns got bunched up. It looks better to me to use a fill stitch at the overlapping sections on just one color.
I am having a ton of fun with this Amaya XT machine and software. Lots of questions though.
