Dear List,
I have been asked to digitize and stitch a corporate logo that is very simple but I can't get it to stop puckering. The lettering is split into two colors. Most of the letters are column stitches but when stitched the satin column pull across the shirt. I have used the following:
Zigzag underlay that I eventually changed to center walk and edge walk. That helped alot.
I have used one layer of cutaway, 2 layers of cutaway and one layer of nylon mesh and tearaway, and two alternating layers of nylon mesh. I still get puckers on the poly/cotton dress shirt. Can anyone help?
Margaret
