  • Polypropylene...any tips!

I have some reusable shopping bags that I am planning to monogram but the needles cut them causing the small sections b/t letters to tear out. The solvy topping seems to help, but does anyone have any input on other toppings or other tips to help the cutting?

Are you using ball point needles?

        April,
Consider using a smaller needle, such as the 65/9 ball point and increase your density values. You may have to experiment with your density values until you get something that still had adequate coverage but doesn't put the needle penetrations so close together. Also be sure you aren't using too much underlayment stitches as well. You guessed it,... more needle penetrations.
