I seem to be having a problem using my leveler pro and the 21 cm hoop on the all in 1 hooper. It seems as though the bottom bracket on the pro won't go low enough to allow the bottom ring on the hoop to expand and let the top hoop in. Don't have a problem with the other hoops, just this one. Any tips, hints or suggestions?
