Have you seen this Font??

I am looking for this alphabet. Has anyone ever seen it? I have searched and searched and searched. I know that I have seen it, but for the life of me, cannot find it.
How can post a picture of it?
I know there are no attachments allowed.

When I cant fint a font I go to whatthefont.com and I scan the font and if it does not identify, I post it in the forum and someone usually responds with the font, if I have it great, if not I get it from www.webpagepublicity.com. There is also identifont.com.
