font help!

[Olivekid]

Out of the blue, a font we use, sorority hack, is malfunctioning in designshop plus. The last letter of any name I attempt falls outside the text box.

This is not happening to any other font.

Tried reinstalling the font, but same results. Any help would be appreciated!
