Design Help!

[GailForce Designs]

I just had a design digitized by a company and when I run it on our Amaya it embroiders fine until the end. When it gets to the last stitch of the design it goes back to the beginning and starts embroidering on top of the first design. How do I fix this?

That has happened to me and I had to call Melco for a software fix. Jeff Banks emailed me a file that, once I installed it as per his instructions, it worked just fine. But, until Monday, you will need to keep an eye on your machine and make sure it stops when it should. I don't think it happened on all my designs, just some. Debbie
