Desperate Need Of Help With Hats

Is there someone available to look at my design and see why it won't embroider on hats? It was digitized for hat embroidery and it's just not working. I have 30 hats that I absolutely have to get out the door by Wed. a.m.
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
All help is deeply appreciated.
