  • Baby Ball Caps and Bucket Caps

How do we sew baby caps/bucket caps. Too small to fit on the hat hoops, conventional or wide angle?

I used my 3.5x5.5 clamp to do the baby caps. It worked great!

I actually have done a couple of the Sanmar caps (car15) on the WACF frame. They barely fit but I managed to hoop it and sew it out like a regular cap. Worked great client was very happy with it.

I also embroidered SanMar infant caps (car15) using the WACF frame and it worked very well for me. The customer loved it.
