hoop limits?

I have a large design that I have hooped in the 17.25 hoop. The design is 1.67 inches from the inner limit line in design shop but I'm still getting hoop limit errors. How far from the hoop limit line does it have to be? Thanks!

Make sure your design is centered and saved before bringing it into OS--that can cause the error.
