I need to submit a quote to the local police department for arm patches. They will be doing a couple hundred eventually, just not sure how many at a time. They need to have the sticky backing and the satin edge. Anyone do this or do you have a favorite company for this? Debbie in Indiana

I use EMT for all our patch orders-you can do up a 'proof' sewout to show your client, then send the file directly to them in the format they use with no problem.
