  • Column Width Adjustment

I just sewed out a design that I have sewn many times before. All the columns on this hat are now very wide. I need to get them much narrower. I went into Settings/settings and looked at the column width adjustment there and it was already set at 0 pts. So, how can I get the columns narrower like before? I promise that I have not gone in and tweaked the design - at least not the columns.

When I just checked it, it was set at 0. So, what do you suggest I set it at?

        Juli,

From what you are describing, it sounds as if the "pull compensation" has been adjusted for the "column width." If "all" of the columns have "grown" across the board, then this would or should be the culprit. If so, this adjustment will need to be rectified in Design Shop and the changes saved....

Go into Properties (in DS ) and check the pull compensation values....you can make your adjustments to one or all columns from there by selecting one element, multiple elements or all the element columns...
