how to make background appear?

I have a background fabric set behind the design in DSPro+. How can I get that same background to appear when I save the file as a jpg or similar graphic file?
A client would like to see how the design will look on the fabric.

Hi Janet,
what we do is just use the print screen button on the keyboard and then paste that into a third party graphic program and crop off what you do not want and then save it as a jpeg. Hope that helps.

I don't know if there is a way in DS but you can always take a screen shot (ALT + Prnt Scrn) and paste it the copy in a graphics program (CTRL + V), crop and save as a jpeg.

When you save a design in DS as a jpg it retains the color of the background.
