Anyone have great luck with this and/or want me to send them the file so they can take a look at it??? Help us.....???

You can send it this way too if you like. I have done some 3D that worked great. You have to set the actifeed at a ridiculous setting to get it to work.

Pressure foot all the way up and your actifeed needs to be like set at about 20 for it to work. I would take it off auto as well.

          Good Luck!

I also am having a terrible time with 3D puff. I have only been sewing about 6 weeks. I have tried all the suggestions posted and am not having any luck. Any new suggestions, anyone? May I send someone my file to take a look at? Thanks everyone.

A $20 heat gun from Wal Mart works wonders on 3D Puff, just be careful not to over "cook" things.

Heat guns are also great for removing loose stitches.
