HELP! I have for the first time, created a design to stitch on a hat, installed the WACF driver, got the cap on the cap frame nice and tight. I told the Amaya XT to trace the design to make sure everything was going to stitch properly and when the x-carriage moves forward and backwards to stitch the design the center part of the WACF driver (that has the t-slot rail on it) moves forward and then never moves backwards again, therefore popping my hat off of the circular cap part of the driver that the cap is attached with the 3 red roller clips. I tightened the 2 thumb screws that are right under the needle. If I tighten them too much I get an error message that the Y carriage motor can't move properly. If I loosen the thumb screws where it can move then it doest move backwards and forwards and thus pops my hooped hat off.
What in the heck am I doing so wrong????
Thanks for any help.
