So I have two small bags which a friend and I bought as computer cases made out of nylon, but the front of the bag has a 5 inch by 5 inch logo on it that we want to cover up with the logo of the computer that will be inside.
A patch is a natural option here but I don't think it will exactly be cost efficient to order 2 blanks (of course I could be wrong).
If we were going to make our own patches, how would we go about that?
I thought I remembered seeing somewhere at a trade show a fine mesh you could sew on, create a "patch" and then use a soldering iron to cut/melt away the edges/excess.
That probably wont work here since I just need a square so - how do I do it? What kind of material do you buy for the back, size of satin stitch border... how do you cut it out etc?
Or is it all too much trouble!
