Adding auto borders to letters

I am using Athletic Block 2 inches and checked to add Borders, The letter stitched great, but kept getting bobbin breaks with the border. tried adding width and increasing density to 6 and still continued to give me the bobbin breaks. Please can someone offer me advice on using the auto borders feature so it runs smoothly.

Try putting on the short stitch feature. It makes the stitches in corners or tight spaces long and short so they don't land on each other causing thread breaks. See if that helps.
