Hello today I tried to use a fat I have not used before and Im having trouble with the hooping of it. It is a otto flex 10%wool 86%acrylic 4%spandex.I try to hoop it like any other hat and it goes fine until i pull it off the gauge then its just like its not tight enough it slips off. Im sure i have it tight enough it just wont stay put. Im using a amaya xt with the xtwacf hoop. thanks for any help.

Try wrapping the backing all the way around the hooping gauge. (full circle)
Sometimes that helps hold the cap in place better.

Are you getting the teeth on the strap into the seam between the bill and the crown? How much effort does it take to close the buckle on the strap??Herb<br />Royal EmbroideryComment

hey herb im making sure the teeth are in the seem and at first i could do it with one finger but real hard then i made it so tight i could barley get it with my whole hand oh and how have u been doingComment
