Visors

Can anyone give me any pointers on hooping visors. I am currently using the WACF. I am really good at hats. Now I have my first visor order and cannot hoop one for the life of me. The teeth of the hoop do not line up in the seam of the visor crown and visor.

Which visors are you using? I use Otto visors and have no problems hooping on the WACF, they are made just like the hats.I have heard that some visors are made with the sweatband sewn in and cannot be turned down. I use tape on the bill to measure between the seams,find the center line it up with the laser pointer and let it go.Just remember the design is low and wide.
