Supplier for reflective material

Greetings y'all,
Anyone ever done anything with reflective material for the police, fire fighters or other emgency personnel? Anyone have a read on where to buy the material?

There is reflective vinyl but I'm not sure of reflective "material." The vinyl is quite expensive. Specialty Materials has one (there are many distributors).

I just got some from Stahls. They have two types 3M and one called fashion film I used the fashion film and it works well. It was about 1/3 of the cost of the 3M which I am sure works equally well.
