• puckering on poplin jacket

I am trying to sew a simple design (block lettering using bridge to create a triangle effect) on an Inner Harbor 65/35 lightweight poplin jacket. The design looks good but when sewn, it has a slight pucker. I have tried all that I know to "loosen" the stitching. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is my .5 cents worth (I havent been rated, so I am cheaper...> ). Did you try adjusting the density? What about the actifeed?

Yes, I have adjusted the density and the actifeed but, I am relatively new to this so I am not sure about my settings. I have the actifeed set on 4 and auto density set with a range at the top of 5.5 to 3.0 for the lowest number. I am using a satin stitch.

      Thanks for your help!
