I strongly suggest you seek out professional training, be it at a "Melco facility" or "On site" training at your facility. You can save weeks and even months of headaches when someone shares the "secrets" of the business with you.
Some customers have found that due to the cost of airfare, rental car, hotel stay, restaurants, being away from home/business for a week, etc..., it's more cost effective to have a trainer visit you at your own facility where you get one on one attention.
Do your homework and consider the investment in your business.
