Need a quick favor

Folks - I'm working on a design (basically a font) and I need to tweak 1 letter which I don't know how to do.

In Times New Roman, the Capital "C" - I need to replicate the hook that is on the top of the C so that it is also on the bottom. If anybody can do this for me, I'd really be grateful. I've been trying to get it done for 90 minutes and I'm not getting anywhere. If anyone can help, you can email me direct at [email protected]
