Digitizing recommendation

Hi, Can someone recommend an expert digitizer I can pay to translate an icon for me? I use many icons for my kids products company and if I can see how one is done correctly I can do the rest. This will end my hour after hour of experimenting.

I use Illustrator and the icon would be 8 colors and used on T-shirts. It is flat color (no shading). I can provide the art in any format along with an image of embroidery I had done for me in China that shows the feel I am looking for.
