  • sewing on dry fit material

I have a dry fit shirt that I am sewing letting on the left chest. The shirt has small holes around edges of lettering that I have sewn. I am using a 75/11 BP needle. I am not sure what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of stabilizer are you using? RNK has a fusible backing that might help. I use Stahl's poly twill for applique.

I'd also go down to a #9 BP needle. The smaller, the better.

I had same problem with Adidas Clima Cool polos. Switching to a sharp 65/9 solved it totally.
