  • applying patches

Hello out there. I was wondering if anyone has ever applied patches to cooler bags before and how they went about it? I didn't want to sew the design directly to the bag because that would leave it full of holes wrecking the cooler properties of the bag. I can't use patch attach because it needs heat to be applied and would melt the bag. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have found that household "Goop", as it's name implies, is rather amazing at how many things it can bond.
They sell it at "The Home Cheepo" and also at "Blowes"

"Cat Glue". Item # 5H-2471. You can get it at the Caterpillar Tractor Dealer. I used it to secure the roll bar padding in my racecars. Have used it to glue denier nylon to golf bags and suitcases. Once glued it is not coming off.
