Visors

I have been trying to sew visors with little success. I got these visors from San Mar and I'm not real pleased with them. Not sure if that is the problem or what. I've been doing ok with hats but visors are another story. The seam by th bill is so thick there is no way to get the metal teeth on it. Any words of wisdom? I am using the Extended xt WCAF.

I have only used visors from Otto caps and they seem to be made just like a hat.So the only thing is the size of the design.

Thanks Curtis. After looking at Otto Cap website, I could see the difference. Just bought the San Mar visors on a whim. Appreciate the input. I am from the Sping Branch area and our high school, Smithson Valley, plays Katy in the playoffs. They beat us I think two years ago. Katy is really hot this year according to papers. Go Rangers!
