    Thanks in advance,

It really depends on the 'demographics' of the customer base...is this for a parent/teacher school group, a racetrack, agricultural fair, rock climbing/outdoor school? A 'more athletic' group (like shirts I'm doing today for a climbing school) is heavy in the smaller sizes. A 'parent' group-heavy in the mid sizes-like L and XL, an 'agricultural fair' (did some last month) heavier in the larger sizes. Let's say they are being sold or given away at a country fair....
    then knowing the 'farmtype' around my area- 30 M/60 L/70 XL/50 XXL/ 40 XXX. A company picnic (cabinet shop my son works for-I know many that work there) 55 M/80 L/80 XL/20 XXL/15 XXXL. A high school class- 75M/ 75L/50 XL/30 XXL/20 XXXL.
Just keep in mind-everyone can always wear a larger shirt-no one ever wears a smaller shirt!

Oh, and the most common mistake made for quoting a shirt order this type...most brands your XX, and XXX cost a LOT MORE than the S-XL sizes. If you don't remember that you end up losing money if you price them at one price!
