Not trimming

The thread (both upper and bobbin) is not being trimmed at the end of the design despite the machine going thru the motions of trimming. Any reason for this and what can be done to prevent it from continuing. Thank you for any help.

Now we haven't yet run into any problems with the trimmer blade...I know others will jump in to check that...our 'no trim' problems always end up to forgetting to set the presser foot correctly!
Try checking that first!
