Hello Folks,
I am working with a Velour Jacket back and the velour is bunching and gathering around larger letters, ~1" in the center of the design. The letters are conpletely filled, default config, and outlined with a satin border stitch, 13 pts wide. I am using one layer of under lay at 90 Deg, std parameters. As for backing I am using two layers of cutaway. The first is adhesively bonded to the underside. The second is loose. I am even using a layer of solvy on the top. MT is 5. Please let me know what you have had success with. Thanks
