HAT BACKS??

[The Embroidery Hoop]

I have done hats before but never the backs of them. customer want their email address in a slight ark around the opening. What is the best font and size to use on lettering on back of hats??

I've been most successful with Micro Times CP for hat lettering, both front and back.

[Impressive Threads]

I use OESCO for hat backs. This is not a standard alphabet that comes with your design shop software. You have to purchase it separately. The minimum size letters are .20 and works well on hat backs.
