Youth Shirt Placement

I am putting a left chest logo on some v-neck windshirts for kids. What placement is used for youth sizes?

Hi Pam:

We bought a nifty tool for shirts it comes in an Adult version and a child version and it takes the guest work out of placements in my book.
This is what it says for Youth placement from center of the shirt should be the following:

Youth XL 3 3/4"
Youth L 3 1/2"
Youth M 3 1/2"
Youth S 3 1/4"

From the shoulder seam down is the following:

Youth XL 7"
Youth L 6 3/4"
Youth M 6 1/2"
Youth S 6 1/4"

Like I said above these are the best tools we have found and we use it alot. You will also need some kind of dots to use with the tool but we just got a hole punch and use some labels to make our dots.

I believe the tool is the Embroider's Buddy and comes in Adult and Youth sizes. I got them from Allstitch. They're excellent and inexpensive.
