Monogramming Hairbows?

I am thinking about monogramming a bow that is out of ribbon material and wanted to know has anyone monogram a bow before and what clamping tool was needed because hooping will not work?

You can hoop it, with stabilizer and sticky spray. Dray a straight line on your stabilizer, spray with sticky spray, lay ribbon along line, and line it up straight across your hoop. Works like a charm if your don't have clamps or fast frames. HTH, Judy
