  • slimline installation

Well, my slimline arrived yesterday... about $480. later and I am wondering if anyone could give me some tips on installing the adaptor. I have read the instruction, but it looks to me as if, when the adaptor is screwed on where the current hoop arms are attached, the clamp arms will extend into the backside of the head and needle housing. Is this a difficult task or am I just making it so??? Debbie in Indiana

Debbie, I make sure the clamp is closed as there is just room enough for the slim-line to slide between the throat plate and the grabber bar. Keep it closed until you put the garment in and sometimes you need to toggle the grabber bar back to get the garmet out. It works good, just be careful.
