I have a jacket with embroidered lettering already on it by someone else. The customer wants me to add a couple more lines to it. The closest font I can find is much more narrower. Can I enlarge it somehow? Is it possible to find the same font?

Try playing with the letter width and column width of your closest matching font. Might work!
