Embroidery on back of caps

I am brand new to the embroidery world and I have an Amaya. I went to training in N.J. and one of the things we learned to do was to embroider the front of caps, but not the back of them. Can someone tell me how to hoop the cap to be embroidered on the back and how to set it up in DesignShop so it knows where to embroider on the cap?
I hope it's easy enough to give some simple directions for me in an email. I really appreciate any help I can get.Thank You.

[Just Sew It]

Mary, I use my smallest hoop and the narrow arm on the all-In-one Hooper. Just lay the back of the cap over the outer hoop and get it as level as possible. Place the inner hoop on top and tug tillyou are happy. My lettering in DS is usually a 3" arc but you can adjust that arc to look the best. If you don't know how it will look, embroider a piece of cutaway and put it up to your hat until it looks good. Awkward system, but it works. You can also use the fastframe with sticky backing but I prefer the hoop.
