Mine heard me. She has attempted suicide. Amaya closed the grabber bar, went head down, then got stuck. No problem. I have tech support on speed dial. All 5'3" of me played Twister to get it back up and running, and while following tech support's guidelines, the needlebar fell out of the reciprocator. WELL, I guess the Christmas rush is over early this year! So talk nice to AND ABOUT yours, they are listening! Happy Holidays!
