A customer brought in some North Face jackets to be embroidered. I called North Face to see if I could become a dealer. They said that they do not sell to embroidery shops because any additional embroidery will void the warranty on the jackets. these were not waterproof jackets. The jackets had a North Face logo embroidered on the back and left chest and a style logo embroidered on a sleeve. That is 3 locations! Clearly, embroidery is not good for the jackets!
The customer told me to do it anyway.
