In need of new vest suppliers

I was hoping someone had a supplier for canvas sheppra lined womens vest. Berne doesn't have hardly any items in stock. Also, in need of a substitute vest for Port Authority J749 Nylon/Fleece lined vest in Red. I use these for the Fire Department and Sanmar doesn't have any XXL Red in stock.
