ISO Knit shirts

Anyone have a good source for the following style of Knit shirts:

1-- 3/4 or long sleeve - no buttons - not a "tshirt" but a regular shirt - knit - longer length ?
2 -- short sleeves - no buttons - not a "t-shirt" but a regular knit shirt - longer length -
not too low in front ?
3 - no sleeves - no buttons - not a "t-shirt"
but a regular knit shirt - longer length - not too low in front - straps at least one inch wide - not camisole style

My biggest problem is the longer length and the sleeveless style knit..

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
