ISO "go green" shopping bags

I'm looking for a supplier for GreenBags and Econscious -- specifically EC8075 -- a shopping bag with a plastic insert for the bottom. I have a "2008 Spring Favorites" catalog in front of me, but can't for the life of me remember where it came from. I've checked SanMar, ImprintsWholesale, Americana, Tri-Mark, Broder, all to no avail. Thanks to whoever (or is it whomever) can help.
