All Hoop names disappeared in Hoop Manager.

In DesignShop and OS AMAYA, all hoop names completely disappeared in the Hoop Manager.

In the Customize Hoop List, circular tube hoops are checked but are not displayed in the Hoop Name box. How did I lose the names? What do I need to do to get back the hoop names into the box so I can select other size hoops?

I have a bunch of labels to do.

I am running DesignShop v9 (9.00.099) and Amaya v9 on Windows Vista.
