Hi, everyone..I've just received the refrenced s'ware---done the MS upgrades I needed. Installed OS just fine, I'm up and running.
However, when I try to open Pro+ I get the "merging hoop databases" message, teh the MS error msg, report to MS..which I do.
However, I still cannot open DS....any ideas on what I should do? I had hoped to get a couple of jackets done tonight before I leave for ISS; big part is done, but I need to make name files and put names on.
Thank you for any input. Will be taking the laptop with me to ISS.
