Color change stepper index error-off index while sewing

While stitching a Valentine Design my Amaya ( Big Red) One needle came part way down - shut amaya
down it was sorta jammed we got it to go back up
restarted machine and now three are down. Can anyone tell me if I can fix it or be walked thru, or do I need a service tech. If any one can help
