We recently got a second machine and we moved from the old embroidery room here at our shop to another. Now I am getting a lot of consistent thread breaks/needles unthreading and I have, in the last week, had more needle breaks than I've had in the last 6 months. Could it be that the machines are not on a completely level surface (the floor in the new room is not completely level) that would cause needle breaks? That might be a dumb thought but it was the first thing that came to me.
